Terms and ConditionsThese are currently under review and will be updated

1. Quotations for our are valid for a period of 3 months. After that time period, a quotation will be redone and may be subject to a price increase.
2. Unless otherwise stated, quotations will represent the maximum price payable. Where projects are charged at an hourly rate instead of a fixed price, the rate will be clearly stated on the estimate.
3. All invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. Where they are not, they will be subject to a surcharge to cover any reasonable losses.
4. Should you wish to cancel a training session, you must give at least 2 weeks’ notice or you will be charged for the session. 
5. We are not liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, special, punitive or similar damages arising out of use of our  service, or any errors or omissions in the content of our materials. You the client specifically waive any and all claims arising out of the use of this  service.
6. All materials we create in-house are copyright. You agree that you will not publish or distribute any portion of any materials without prior written permission from us.
