Wellbeing Education
My specialist subject comes with a plethora of names and acronyms. PSHE - Personal, Social, Health, Economic Education (but the Economic has fallen off somewhere), SRE (Sex and Relationship (singular) Education, RSE, Relationships (plural) and Sex Education, RSHE - Relationships, Sex and Health Education. Internationally it tends to be known as CSE- Comphrehensive Sexuality Education but in the UK CSE stands for Child Sexual Exploitation so we don't use that. You can also call it Lifeskills or Wellbeing.
Personally I believe that our emotional, physical and sexual wellbeing are all closely linked. Children and young people need to learn about the the emotional, social and physical aspects of growing up, keeping mentally and physically healthy, relationships, sex, human sexuality and sexual health. Wellbeing Education should equip children and young people with the information, skills and positive values to have safe, fulfilling relationships, to enjoy their sexuality and to take responsibility for their sexual health and well-being.
